Kansai

Kansai area consists of Hyogo, Osaka, Kyoto, Shiga, Nara, and Wakayama prefectures. Kyoto is known as the ancient capital of Japan. A great number of tourists visit Kyoto for temples such as Kinkaku-ji and Ginkaku-ji. In fall, the temples are even more beautiful decorated by yellow and red leaves. Osaka is known for delicious food, shopping, and interesting people. Many comedians in Japan are from Osaka since people there have a good sense of humor.
