At the tip of the main island in Japan, Takanosaki is the spot to see weird shaped rocks and beautiful scenery. On a nice sunny day, you can see Cape Tappi, Shimokita Peninsula, and even Hokkaido. It offers fantastic scenery and vivid blue ocean. In the summer, people come to the beach for swimming and fishing. At night, boats that are fetching squids light up the dark ocean romantically. The camping ground is only about 400 meters away from the Takanosaki lighthouse. Many visitors stay at this camping ground to enjoy sightseeing in the area.
