Patisserie: Toshi Yoroizuka Ebisu

On a hot Saturday afternoon, our WAttention editorial staff visited this lovely patisserie hiding in the residential area in Ebisu, Tokyo.

Before opening his first pastry shop in Ebisu, the chef, Toshi Yoroizuka, has spent 8 years learning pastry-making across 4 countries in Europe, including restaurants with Michelin Stars.

The small pastry shop is filled with delicate and mouth-watering pastries!

Even the takeout bag is stylish.

フロマージュ・ドゥーブル (Fromage Double) 490 Yen
This cheese cake has a multi-layered texture and is decorated by almond slices. After finishing the amazing cake, the white porcelain container also doubles as a cute house decor.

ムッシュ・キタノ (Mousse au chocolat) 500 Yen
Is there anyone who doesn’t love chocolate? Surely the chocolate is the main character, and its potential is even completed by a hint of Japanese pepper.
