My favorite park in Tokyo is definitely Ueno Park. Partly because it’s in my neighbourhood, and partly because it’s pretty yet not pretentious. Look at these beautiful photos! Ahhhhh. Why go far to enjoy the autumn foliage when all you need is a walk to the park? (They are from a week ago when the leaves were still on the trees by the way!)

Anyhow, I personally prefer summer over winter, but there are still some aspects of this cold depressing season I like. One is the clear air for sure, especially here in Tokyo. Look at this clear view of Mt. Fuji!
